All Volunteers and Parent Drivers need to have a Criminal Record Check processed through the Ministry of Public Safety's Criminal Records Review Program (CRRP).

School Volunteer Registration Form
Anyone volunteering in the school environment must complete the following form: School Volunteer Registration Form
Driver Information Form
Volunteer drivers are required to fill out the following Driver Information Form and submit this along with a photocopy of their Drivers’ License, Vehicle Registration and Vehicle Insurance to the ALF office: Volunteer Driver Information Form
Driver’s Abstract
Volunteer Drivers are also required to submit an updated Driver’s Abstract to the ALF office. A Driver’s Abstract is a record of your driving history: Driver’s Abstract Application
