Please review the following items below as they they provide some insight into the next few weeks at school:
-Students are to hand the ‘permission forms’ given out on the first day of school to the Office or their classroom teachers.
-Please remember to sign in/out of the office with parental consent (phone call, email….)
-Grade 7/8 students – a reminder that we are a closed campus for the 7/8s (no offsite site privileges lunch)
-Students – pay attention to announcements as we are starting our Fall sport season
-Our concession is now open with a supply of snacks – we will also begin to sell a limited supply of pizza every Wednesday for $3 a slice. We plan on offering a variety of other speciality foods once we get some student input.
Tuesday, September 13th – Photo Day (no hats in photos)
Thursday, September 15th/16th – Grade 7s, 8s, and 12s attend the Gardom Lake Camp (field trip forms and fee information was sent home yesterday)
Monday, September 19th – ProD day (students do not attend)
Tuesday, September 20th – ALF “Taco Tuesday” Open House from 4:30 pm-6:30 pm. We welcome you to come to the school to visit classrooms and available staff. A limited supply of free tacos will be available for all guests.
Friday, September 30th – National Truth and Reconciliation Day (no school)
